Refund & Return Policy
At Ribbit Republic, every tee is made just for you. Because our products are made to order, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.
When you can request a refund or replacement
We will gladly replace your item or issue a refund if your order arrives:
- Misprinted — the design is printed incorrectly, blurry, off-center, or different from what you ordered.
- Damaged or defective — the item arrives with a stain, tear, hole, or other manufacturing defect.
What is not covered
Because each item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Normal wear or damage caused after delivery.
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.
How to request a refund or replacement
To start a claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at nicejake2025@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the misprinted or damaged item so we can help you quickly. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
